31st July 2010, oh yea, i went to MTV Worldstage Live in Malaysia 2010. It was awesome but the weather was horrible. It has been raining non stop since it started. We were all in our raincoat. We went in late and we missed performance by bunkface. Nah, its ok. The next performance, OMG.. its wonder girls!! i scream n cheer! hooray :p finally i get to see their live! So long delays in between performance, ppl start booing due to technical probs i guess. followed by tokio hotel who performed like ergh.. so long... n then yes, miss kate perry who came out from a giant banana... :p so many ice creams n cakes on stage..yumm yumm im hungry... it was not the end... wonder girls appeared again.. oh yes! i got a more close up sight on them.. i was so excited.. but too tired already.. it was almost 2am when the last performance ended.

Im tired..lol..thanks wai hoong for bringing jeleine and amanda along! :p

just started uni for two weeks. many hav been asking 'what happen to your eyes?' ..i knew it was something bad when people started asking in this way. this means my eyebags have been 'promoted' again. eyebags 'promoted' to be more wealthy but face complexion 'downgraded'. 'downgraded' sounded wrong. lol. this reminds me of jeleine's beauty plan. i shall follow her beauty plan to sleep earlier every night.

sem5 has been treating me good with the more flexible timetable. but, endocrine and reproductive were equally tough. sigh. this is a signal to get more motivations in studies. been slacking for the post two weeks. WAKE UP KAR MUN!

its bp108's big day tomorrow. a subject 'the pharmacist as futsal player' with 4 credits n no EOS. =) how much i wished there is something like this. enjoy n earning credits. i have no idea how to kick a futsal ball but i wil jus kick if i see d ball coming to me. lol.

I was motivated by this positive thought that i have came across whenever im down. Life is just too short for us to dwell in awful experiences which happen on us. it was a long damn weekend last week. not because i had lotsa activities but lotsa 'downs' compared to 'ups'. not much time think about but it keeps bothering my mind. spent my whole weekend doing pharmaceutical analysis II portfolio. was a lengthy one about my 'favourite' drug pseudoephedrine.phew! glad when i clicked 'print'. =) done with my portfolio. another submission of stroke portfolio today.not as heavy as d pharm analysis. more to come. MAD chem... immunology and GI... drving me crazy this weekend. i wished i can finish with two portfoliosssss... but i havent started reading the materials yet. CRAP!

blog blog blog! life is so so hectic that i have neglected my blog.. nevertheless, it same for all the bpharm students.

life has been about portfolio.. ah... pharm analysis portfolio... ai-yar......yammm-mammm-arrr...fragmentation rules.... day n night.. gotta deal with it.. 4 more portfolios to go... i need to start wit my MAD chem soon... CNS cal test is worrying me... omg... how am i gona finish with all the notes? PBLs will be there as well... insufficient time even for me to handle all these.. how am i gona do revision for every single thing?impossible!bu ke neng!mou ho lang!tak mungkin!bou kou leng! im jus so tired... n depressed.

been dealing with PSD on depressed patient today..given fluoxetine and zolpidem as the medication to help the patient. the PSD was on drug counselling. i guess the whole objective was wrongly interpret... its all about how well you handle a patient who is depressed... it is even hard when he/she refuses to talk to you. i tink it was my most serious psd ever with the lecturer in charge today who was quite an experience one.. im so worry tht something bad spilled out from my mouth. its so hard to determine which sentence is not offensive n which does. in the end of the day, the one i thought to be offensive turned out to be one of the point that lecturer emphasized on. guess i need to buck up my skill.. show more empathy to the depressed patient. how can someone like me who is half depressed due to workload counsel someone who is depressed? anyway jus tried my best. end up it wasnt the best among all but im quite satisfy cos i was very serious. i was trying to put myself in their shoes n i became emotional inside..SIGH..but i guess i rather handle patient like this rather than an angry patient?

its 5 minutes to 12 now... goodness.. i have alot to catch up for portfolio...signing off now... ciaoz!

he has been diagnosed with this illness a year ago. he has been strong in fighting against it.he has been strong to stay in this world to see his granddaughter's convocation.a a long battle for him which no ones could ever feel. no one could ever know the pain. but just to care for him. today, finally he is tired.he has returned to the Lord. he is unable to go on with this battle. but he fought with pride. eventhough he wont be in this world physically anymore. he will always be in our heart. the moments , will always be implemented in my mind. forever. and ever.

it has been two weeks since results released. i realised i did nothing during the holidays besides craving more for $$. 7 days in a week and i am not seen at home for most of the days? thats the typical me.

last wed, i went night market with karrie and jel. had a wonderful experience. guess wht isit? i ate chow taufu for the first time in my life. never had a courage to buy due to the smell. well, i did not want let my frens down so i ate as well. ah! it was...... stinky when u bite. i didnt know tht im supposed to eat them with chilli sauce or prickles. probably this will be the first time and last time for me eating that taufu. i found out that those taufu were made of fish, fowl or poultry innards. ah! no wonder the taufu was soaked in greyish water? i thought it was something to marinate the taufu.

went for a sleepover at karrie's house after night market. went for lunch with sarah pig :) she brought me for a westerm cuisine at lousiana in plaza kelana jaya. despite my lack of experience in kelana jaya area, they were so pitiful. they nid to direct me wherever i go. And the place was... awesome. it was just next to a lake. so you can enjoy the sound of fountain and look at the money plant floating as you enjoy your lunch. the lunch was reasonable. my set was only rm 14.80++. this includes salad, iced lemon tea, hot tea, dessert, soup and of cos the pasta. guessed wad? it was 'All You Can Eat' style. so i get to eat as many plates i want out of the 6 choices. i was only able to finish 1 and a half plate. ceh. overestimate myself. LOL. i started off wif carbonara. :p hope i can visit that place again =) then, we went to sarah's place to watch 'Up'. i never really like to watch all these animated pictures but 'thumb up' for this. =)

ah! as for now, im having gastric pain and diarrhoea at the same time. too much of 'lap lap zhap zhap' food. my tummy went rojak. gah! stomach and nose, pls be nice to me =( ok?

gotta sign off now. heading for bowling and movie i guess.

im back frm a 3Days and 2nights stay in mum's hometown..have not been there for a super long time compared to my other cousins. finally i got a chance after 14 weeks of hectic schedule and 3 weeks of preps and one not even crazy it is extraordinary crazy week. i guessed all my batchmates will agree :)

after several weeks of preparation for the war , it finally ended. with a little hope n faith and with a hope of a little miracle could change the fate. showing that effort can prove the existence of miracle. as soon as it ends, i finally felt the tiredness in my body. the need for me to hit the bed soon.

looking at this, it somehow telling me that there's always a beautiful side of the world. things happen in a way that you didn't want it to be. i called that 'shit happens'... yes.. for the past few months, 'shit happens'.. when it happens, its like the end of the world. no joke. what can i do? wish?pray?hoping for miracle to happen? miracles does happen in some way. i believe. setting a mindset that if we really work hard for something to wish that miracle will happen is better than doing nothing just wishing for it to happen.
i wished i can just keep running and running and running on the track till the finishing line..

this is the only sat i din really go anywhere..

bad throat irritation in the morning:(

i slept at 230 am.. (thanks to our beloved lecturer for those workloads they have arranged for us)
woke up b4 5 am... i get to reply chin yee's sms before she flies off.:) i remembered clearly it was 4.41 am when she sms me..:) so early.. i can feel the phone vibrating.. i was half asleep i guessed.. i knew u going to sms me?^^ (fyi, after i woke up again n it's too late to sms you already:( i miss you ler.. thanks to mr tan.. he told me alot bout u..hehe)

spend my whole afternoon doing report wit jel..:)

it's 1245 am... doing report.. really tensed up due to unusual way of the lecturer conducting my group'sPBL this time.. n Portfolio... ah.. i dont have idea how to start with it...

but my night is brighten up by instrumental music played by a pianist i once love very much, richard clayderman ... :)

early in d morning i tot class was 915am.. n thx to jel i found out tht it's 8 am.. n im stil dreamin at home.. thx god im not the only blur one..when i reached uni, i stepped on the mud n almost tripped..damn!

excited..it's time to go home.. when i was trying to open the gate with the umbrella in between my neck n head since it's raining. suddenly the wind was so strong..the umbrella almost flew away n strangled my neck..LOL.. sounds funny..how on earth will an umbrella strangles a person right?

26th of the month in some of the years have been a disaster to me.
in this 14th months, it has been something more significant n memorable in my life.
time flies and without noticing, 14 months has passed.
triumphs and disasters,
love and argument,
where we both went through together. solving them together.
on the 15th, 16th, 17th as long as i could,
i wish we can hold our hands together to overcome those hurdles which are more to come.
together we climb and reach the peak.
together we ensure that none of us will fall.
together we ensure that nothing can restrict us.

our cal session ended early today due to some error in the timetable i guess.. sitting in the computer lab trying to attempt some microbiology questions but end up playing facebook. watching joceline playin with her farmville. trading cows and pigs. thats wad she does during her free time.i guessed its also part of the way for her to release stress. went home early so decided to blog n upload some pictures. :)

a lecturer called my name out during a lecture without a reason. was so embarrassing. caught in a bad bad jam. took me about 1 hour and 20 minutes to reach where it only took me 15 minutes to reach home normally. before i left managed to capture a picture of rainbow.it was beautiful from the hilltop open carpark near bukit jalil.

It's uni convo day.started class only at 2pm. went dim sum brunch with babies-1 again.sarah is busy. :( was sms-ing with boon in the morning. have not sms her for ages. gosh i missed her so much.

before going back home, i snapped a picture of a dog taking his or her nap under this green myvi.. see.. dogs also know how to enjoy their life. this dog had a good shade for his or her afternoon nap. the security guard was smiling at me when he saw me taking pic of this dog. :)

starting of wit uni workload.all the bpharmers are very tensed up with their PBL, Portfoliosand Practical report.. there are at least 3 lectures per day and most of our the time after lunch will be at least 3 hours of lab.natural products lab is the worst. some 'politics' happen in the lab. and we got all the scoldings.whatever it is.classes start as early as 8 only ends at 5 plus.its the same everyday.so tired.exhausted.does not even have the time fot TV and exercise.no wonder i gaining more n more weight instead of losing weight due to stress.more energy consumed here.lol.eventhough we are stressed up and tired, it is really good to have with my babi(s) around to enlighten each other's day.

i want to share some silly things happened today.there's this person. i shall name this person A. i was in the library with her. i called her for some reason. she came to me.guess wad? A kick the step near the cafe n something came out n A sticked it back with Uhu glue.next, A went for lunch. guess wht? when A came out frm the lift, A's heel stucked when A came out from the lift. two of us tried to stop the lift door from closing while A trying to remove his or her shoe frm the hole.A was so embarassed. A ran off after removing the heels.LOL.everyone who came out from the lift cant stop laughing.

this is the show i've been waiting for.it was up last week but i still dont stand a chance to watch.sigh sigh.im drowned by alot alot of work. i am so tired. guess all my batch mates feel the same too .ciaoz! :)

time passes really really really fast.. it has been a year since the first day i became an undergraduate student.. throughout the whole year, i have gone through triumphs and disasters with my babies ( my besties in my uni ).. whatever i have gone through with them really really meaningful to me.. i am glad that they are friends who are being supportive,caring and responsible.. whenever i have problems, they will always be there for which make me feel lucky to have them. as time passes, our friendship getting stronger and stronger. the things we shared among each other are more no matter in experiences or knowledge..

i can stil remember clearly on 14th July.. how i met Kar Mun (another Kar Mun) in my group.. i cancelled her name in the name list and corrected it with my own name.. never thought that there's such a coincidence where our names are exactly the same except for one alphabet. .haha.. now she is my sii-mal pig or better known as sii-mall Kar Mun

another one is sarah pig.. sarah gave me an impression that she is a really realy strict and somehow good girl. most of the time i am afraid to talk to her.. when she says 'no' then i wil accept as 'no' (just an example).. she isnt that cruel after all.. haha.. after get to know her she's really a nice girl .. helpful and also caring..thanks alot ya ( u noe wad i mean)..hehe^^

joceline a.k.a 'best friend'.. equally crazy like me but then she's really smart... :) really nice talking to her.. she can talk alot.. from studies to handsome guys to movies and to whatever gossips or topics she can.. oh ya.. this gal has a habit of drinking 'teh tarik' to keep her awake in class..she often falls asleep but somehow she's still listening to the lecture..

jeleine.. this lil soh mui.. i have known her since alevels.. i hav too much to elaborate on her.. haha... so i better keep this short..
